I Skid-Mounted Brewhouse
Note: This brewhouse description is based on our copper brewhouse design. If you choose the all-stainless steel brewhouse option, then all copper items will be replaced with highly polished 304 stainless steel.
1. 3 Brewkettle/Mash Tun
- Gross volume: 4.5-bbl Available volume: 3.5-bbl
- Heating method: Electric zone heating elements
- Outer solid copper dome, highly polished
- Inner dome: SUS304 stainless steel plate, 3mm thick, internal polished
- Lower external vessel body: copper cladding on SUS 304 stainless steel
- Accessories include manway, spray ball, spray pipe, lower agitator, reduction gear, motor and temperature gauge, inner heater (if needed).
- Body: insulated with rockwool.
1.4 Lauter Tun & Whirlpool Combi Vessel
Dual tank vessel:
The upper vessel is the lauter tun
- Outer solid copper dome, highly polished
- Inner dome: SUS304 stainless steel plate, 3mm thick
- External vessel body: Solid copper cladding on SUS 304 stainless steel The lower vessel is the whirlpool
- The external of whirlpool tun is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, 3mm thick, highly polished
- Body insulation with rock wool for heat preservation.
1.4.1 Lauter Tun:
- Gross volume: 600L, available volume: 500L,
- Equipped with manway, screen plate, waste grain port, CIP spray ball and sparging spray pipe.
1.4.2 Whirlpool
- Gross volume: 600L, available volume: 500L,
- Equipped with manway, spray ball and spray pipe.
1.5 Plate Heat Exchanger
- Cooling area: 5m2
- Made of SUS316
1.6 External Vent Piping
- Specification: ?300x4m (two pieces)
- Made of copper plate, processed carefully, matched to the mash and brew kettle.
- For example: The external exhaust is equipped with one vapor fan.
1.7 Wort Oxygen Device
- Made of SUS304 stainless steel and titanium, internal polished
- External is made of stainless steel, polished.
- Includes inlet and outlet of mash, sterile oxygen port (mix sterile oxygen with mash fully), with titanium stick.
1.8 Yeast additive device
Volume: 10L
Made of imported SUS304 stainless steel carefully, internal polished
External is made of stainless steel, polished.
Includes three connection ports: additive yeast port (with sight glasses), sterile air port (sterile air filter) and mash pipe connection port, with one double metal temperature gauge.
1.9 Brix measuring unit
- Columniform style
- External canister is with input water port, overflow water port an drain outlet
- Connected to the frame of the brewhouse.

- External copper cladding is highly polished.
1.10 Workstation and staircase
- The frame is made of square stainless steel of 100*50,with guide rail and handrail.
1.11 Pump, pipe, valve
- 1.5 HP wort pump, sanitation grade
II Fermentation System
2.1 Cylindrical-conical fermentation tanks
Gross volume: 4.2-bbl or 8.4-bbl Available volume: 3.5-bbl or 7-bbl
Cooling means: jacket cooling
Coolant medium: glycol
- Inner and outer of the tank are all made of SUS304 stainless steel, the internal side polished, the external is polished by auto-polishing machine.
- Stainless steel dimple plate glycol cooling jacket
- Internal tank is 3mm
- The external cladding is 2mm.
- On the bottom there is a 2” t/c drain, on the top there is an exhaust and CIP port, coolant in and coolant out pipe.
- The tank body is equipped with manway, sample cock, temperature sensor, spray pipe, CIP sprayball, pressure gauge and butterfly valves etc.
2.2 Fermentation auto-control Ranco controllers and Honeywell motorized ball valves

IV Serving Tanks
6.1 Serving tank (Jacketed BBT version)
Gross volume: 4.2-bbl Available volume: 3.5-bbl
Inner and outer hull are all made of SUS304 stainless steel, polished
- The thickness of the internal stainless steel tank is 3mm
- The thickness of the external cladding is 2mm
- The beer in the tank body is cooled off by means of a sidewall stainless steel dimple jacket
Side manway on lower sidewall - On the bottom there is a 1.5” drain; on the top there is a CIP assembly and PRV port
- The accessories of the dispensing tank are spray ball, manway, sample cock, glass level tube, temperature sensor, spray pipe, pressure gauge and butterfly valves etc.
ALTERNATIVE
6.1 Serving tank (Single shell SST version for use in walk-in cooler)
Gross volume: 4.2-bbl Available volume: 3.5-bbl
- Made of SUS304 stainless steel, polished
- The thickness of the tank wall is 3mm
- On the bottom there is a t/c outlet; on the top there is an exhaust and CIP port, coolant in-out pipe.
- The accessories of the dispensing tank are spray ball, manway, sample cock, glass level tube, temperature sensor, spray pipe, pressure gauge and butterfly valves etc.
