ABT started out as a tech service company in 1993 (we added on new equipment manufacturing in 2005), and we still are a technical support company; doing a lot of service work that has nothing to do with new equipment sales. What this means for you is that when you have an “issue” – and in the Real World you will, we have the personnel and inclination to deal with it – promptly, and without fuss. With ABT the job is not complete until you say “Alan, I am satisfied.”
